Aimco expects 3Q FFO to meet or beat guidance (AP)

Following a sharp stock sell-off, Apartment Investment and Management Co. said Friday that it expects third-quarter funds from operations to meet or beat guidance based on preliminary results, and said it plans a special quarterly dividend.
